I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE DELIVERIES TO ONLY COUNTRIES THAT ACCEPT ROYAL MAIL TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR, AS ORDERS GOING TO COUNTRIES THAT AREN'T TRACKED, JUST SIGNED FOR, ARE NOT ARRIVING OR ARE DELAYED.

To order an item online, you can order from the quick view or the item's product detail page. If you want more than one of the same line the product details page will give the stock levels. If you try to order more than are available the number will default to the stock available or generate an error page.

Click the ADD TO CART button on the item page.

Once you've added an item to your Basket, you can keep searching or browsing until your Basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the View Cart link at the top right on any page.

Placing an available item in your Shopping Basket doesn't reserve that item. Available stock is only assigned to your order after you Checkout and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

You can modify any item while in your Shopping cart, (if you are on the checkout page you will need to go back to the cart):

  •       To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update.
  • To remove an item from your Shopping Basket, click the X to the right of the item.

To wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Basket you will need to complete the checkout details you will then be sent an email with a link to your shopping cart, valid for 7 days. After that time your cart will be emptied.

     

Note: Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price the item when you first placed it in your Basket

To proceed to checkout:

1.      Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT after you've reviewed the items in your Shopping Basket.

2.     It is not necessary to register for an account but if you have,(or want to)  then LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT or create a new account if this is your first order.

3.      Enter a billing address and delivery address, choose a delivery method, and enter your payment information.

Choose one payment method -Paypal / credit or debit card / off line payment

Check out with PayPal (choose this option click on the PayPal button   Check out with PayPal   and follow the instructions)

Online Credit Card (choose this option and the complete the details)

4.     Review your order details. Be sure you've applied promotional codes you want to use on your order.

5.     Click CHECKOUT.

 

You should receive email confirmation of your order
